I am beyond upset, I called this place because I needed to get new keys since I lost mine own, about two minutes later I received a called from someone else that I called before this one, so I called immediately “5 minutes” later and asked to cancel the lady said there is a $30 dollars charge for cancellation, now when I called a technician was going to get a hold of me before they could dispatch him or her she said 25-30 minutes and I had received no call because literally was 5 minutes that I had called so she said sorry is a $30 dollar charge “REALLY”? I should had read the reviews on this place before even calling is so upsetting how poor the customer service was and the way that she spoke to me, maybe advise customers that there is a 30 dollar cancellation fee before hanging up the phone or somewhere in the conversation.

Called to request a quote on opening a small sentry safe. The gentleman I spoke with did not want to provide a quote since they would not be the cheapest (his words verbatim). What a joke of a business!

I had a safe whose combination I had lost. The safe door was open so I could bring it down to the locksmith. He told me it would be $150.00 to determine the combination. I had already discovered a method of manipulating the dial to discover the combination by removing the back cover to the combination mechanism to expose the dials and see when the gates for each dial are in alignment, I asked him to tell me the first number but he would not. He said the mechanism was delicate like a watch, which it is not. I told him that I could buy a whole used lock for less that his fees. He would not lower his price. So, after an hour of studying I was able to figure out the combination myself. For a locksmith who is already familiar with this, it would take 15 minutes. $150 for 15 minutes work is ridiculous.
